Mindful Week: Reset for Remote Workers

Bring calm and clarity into your workdays — right from your desk.
Join this 5-day online mindfulness series designed for remote professionals who want to reduce stress, improve focus, and find balance in the middle of a busy week.
Each day, we’ll meet for 45 minutes of guided mindfulness practice, short reflection, and simple tools to carry presence into your work life.

💻 Format: Live on Zoom
💶 Cost: 40€ for the full week (recordings included) - (or 12€ drop-in)
