2. Mindful Leadership Essentials

Leading with Awareness and Emotional Intelligence

A full-day or two half-day training for managers and team leads who want to foster calm focus, clarity, and compassionate leadership.

We explore mindfulness as a foundation for emotional intelligence, clear communication, and resilience in times of change.

Format: In-person or online
Duration: 1 day (or 2 x half-days)
Includes: Presentations, experiential exercises, and group discussions

  • Emotional regulation for leaders

Each 45-minute session includes movement, guided meditation, and reflection on themes like grounding, focus, and gratitude.
